Since this morning, I have been feeling bad. I don't know if it's just migraine or what. In addition, I'm experiencing spasm at my back and I'm feeling dizzy. I tried to ignore how I feel. After I helped my husband get to work, I washed few clothes. After I did, I couldn’t stand the whirling sensation so I lay down for a while and fell asleep.
I felt better when I wake up but temporarily. I amused myself with harmless activities. I have prepared the things that I'll be needing for an upcoming event. Then, I cooked a simple dinner.
